Your deposit is non-refundable.
YOU MUST provide a Health Certificate for your dog(s) to attend camp showing up-to-date inoculations, heartworm check, fecal exam and overall general health. Camper Profile and Health Certificate must be received by April 1, 2009. Mail the Camper Profile and Heath Certificate to Judy Harris, Camp Director, 116 Chevy Chase Lane, New Bloomfield, MO 65063.

NOTE: We will not have access to a credit card machine to settle up the camp tabs at the end of camp. You will need to make sure you have cash or check for the items you purchase from the camp store, auction items or extra nights lodging.
